Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial matters, including monitoring of the income and expenditure of the Property to ensure it is in accordance with the annual budget.
• Identify problem areas in operational process and recommend improvement plans to maximize the efficiency of operation.
• Oversee the preparation of estimates for repair works, works specifications, invitations for quotations, recommendations of award, supervision of completed works including drafting of contract documents.
• Reviewing and approving tenant’s fit-out designs and programmes to ensure that no damage would be caused to the Property’s fixtures/ fittings/ systems, and they are in compliance with government rules, laws and regulations.
• Regularly check the Property to ensure prompt removal of all fire hazards, proper functioning of fire escapes, fire doors and obstruction-free access
• Build rapport and maintain good relationship with tenants, ensure that their feedbacks and complaints are attended to and resolved within stipulated timeline.
• Manage inventory and take charge of technical store.
• Respond to emergency situations in the Property.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in building, facilities management or any relevant discipline with minimum 5-8 years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Strong leadership qualities and analytical skills to assess situation and determine the best course of action.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with client, tenant, and other stakeholders.
• Dynamic, resourceful self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.

• Attend complete orientation, introduction of superior, JSJD, clear scope of work and necessary drawing or documents on First day of work on site

• Proposed training for worker on live cable handling
• Providing status reports to the management
• Request and plan min Two days in advance for full PPE (if applicable), schedule of SIC, site location and contact Personal on the first day of work
• Responsible & accountable to ensure compliance with company, regulatory and client's policies and procedures. Ensure local regulations policies and procedures are incorporated into the business unit plan
• Review and monitor construction activity schedule including the analysis of costs, progress and other productivity data
• To fulfill and achieve higher weekly and daily target

• To plan, monitor and ensure manpower, materials, equipment and tools are ready for day to day work activities
• To take on additional appointments from time to time assigned by the company's authorized officer, and carry out the duties of such appointment duly and diligently to enhance the company image and to improve the company's business opportunities
• To verify technical specifications for adequacy
• Update and report daily progress status and look ahead minimum 3days plan
• Working closely with main contractor and client to ensure the project meets the required needs

Responsibilities:

Assist Project Manager & WSHO to implement and monitor environmental management systems at work sites

Lead a team of site personnel to carry out, conduct regular site inspections and follow-up actions to ensure environmental compliance

Requirements:

• Certified Environmental Control Officer from NEA

• 2-5 years experience in the construction industry

• Experienced in HDB Project will be advantage

• Salary : Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise Method Statements for operational tasks and activities

• Prepare and submit relevant construction permits to authorities for approval
• Site survey during design stage and verification of plot area and measurements
• Manage delivery of office materials and containers

• Plan equipment lists for replacement team by reviewing site survey data
• Check and prepare equipment for daily use by operational teams
• Plan and execute delivery of 3rd rails and associated components from Depot to Main Line utilizing a flat and well wagon with Locomotives
• Coordinate of interface activities between coring and delivery teams
• Maintain inventory of Plant, Tools & Equipment
• Coordinate activities for transportation of equipment/materials between (and within) depots and work sites
• Supervise sleeper/bearer replacement works with Site Superintendent including hand tamping ballast after each shift

Requirements

• Min Degree in Civil Engineering
• Min of 5 years Site Construction management experience
• Railway/Trackwork project experience is a plus
