• Ensuring proper filing and storage of related documents (e.g., certificates, variation orders, Engineer's Instructions, Statements of Final Account, etc.).

• Obtain Monthly Progress Reports by deadline

• To liaise with relevant Dept for IFCA activity code cost to date and budget monitoring

• Ensure prepared subcontract agreement scope of work, pricing etc in order

• Responsible for detailed and accurate measuring quantity and taking off

• Sourcing materials and send quotation inquiries to the vendors and subcontractors, comparison of quotes, review of prices, to ensure comply to contract requirement

• Liaise and carry out evaluation and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors

• Study, identify and highlight discrepancies in tender/contract documents

• To perform price comparison and quotation evaluation

• Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings

• Any other adhoc assignments as assign by the immediate Superior

Job Requirements

· Graduates from accredited universities with bachelor degree in quantity surveying or construction management.

· Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

· Ability to manage tight deadlines and high-pressure situations effectively.

· Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

Supervisor

(Building Construction/Project)

Responsibilities:

• to assist in Project team on site matters
• on building projects assigned
• on maintenance and defects, A&A works
• co-ordination of sub-contractors and suppliers
• able to lead & supervise workers on site
• comply with the site works and safety regulations and rules
• daily ferrying workers to-&-fro from dormitory to site
• supervising of direct workforce on day-to-day operation of project
• any other works as & when directed by the Management or your Superior

Requirements:

• Recognized or related work skill certificates
• Minimum 1 to 2 years construction trade experiences in Singapore
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Preferred Singaporean to apply

• Responsible for effective project implementation, resource planning within time & cost.
• Prepare & submit progress reports, budget & safety reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in HIP project
• Qualification by HDB for HIP projects (PEB reconized)
