• Ensure compliance of PDPA when developing and implementing. policies and processes for handling personal data.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the estate daily.
• Conduct scheduled checks and inspection, escalate irregularities to management and to clients.
• Review and recommend replacement/improvement plans for managed sites.
• Ensure building statutory requirements are complied.
• Provide essential customer service support to the residents and owners.

Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

• Control project scope to meet project objectives in order to enhance project deliverables and key work activities.
• Develop cost reduction strategies to enhance the overall value of the project.
• Monitor project costs to ensure the objectives of the project are achieved in accordance to building contract law.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to the building and construction regulations.
• Prepare the cost analysis for the project in order to ensure the overall value is enhanced.
• Provide advice on contractual claims so that the project scope is managed.
• Allocate work to contractors and subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
• Develop and accumulate a suitable and competitive supply chain in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Assess the degree of hazards and risks to ensure workplace safety is maintained.
• Manages the outsourcing quantity requested for outsourcing orders through resolving, calculating, and converting costs.
• Calculate the quantity required for the task from the drawing.
• Communicate with the management, contractors and sub-contractors on the adjustments to cost estimates.
• Conduct the negotiations during the course of the project in order to ensure issues are resolved.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• About 3 years of working experience in the related QS field for LTA project, preferably in steel erection industry or architectural facility work
• Familiar with BOQ structure and Estimation Logics
