Responsibilities:
· Manage and evaluate tenders and quotations from suppliers
· Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects including materials, labour and equipment
· Review and analyse construction drawings and specifications to determine the quantity and type of materials
required
· Ensure compliance with relevant building standards and regulations
· Monitor project costs throughout the construction process
· Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
· Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
· Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays or issues
· Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
· Provide clients with regular updates on project progress in a timely and professional manner
· Address and resolve client concerns or queries to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
· Relevant working experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
· Strong knowledge in tendering process and contract administration
· Independent with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project timelines
· Proficient in MS Office Applications
· Positive attitude with the ability to build rapport and delivering exceptional customer service level
