Requirements:

• Class 4 licence
• 1+ years' experience as a lorry driver.
• Clean driving record.
• Must supply a medical certificate.
• Experience with GPS navigation and mapping.
• Ability to drive long distances while maintaining focus.
• Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring departments delivers as to expectations and targets
• Perform Inventory forecasting and shipment scheduling
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors and subsidiaries to handle shipment and logistics
• Provide management reports on operation status, inventory update
• Manage and develop operational team
• Understand products technicalities sufficiently to solve ad-hoc operational demands
• Evaluate operational and financial performance, and implement strategic planning
• Drive initiatives to improve performance of various aspects of the company
• Assist sales team with maintaining good working relationships with clients
• Manage related matters to safety and compliance
• Aid management in developing business planning and forecasting

Requirement

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role with relevancy bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
