Job Description:

• Be involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Support company in developing a comprehensive HR system and record
• Maintain employee records
• Assist in processing payroll and payments monthly
• Handles all worker's welfare and other miscellaneous issue.
• Handle work permit application, insurance related issues.

Job requirement:

• Be committed
• 21 years and above
• 3 years experience in HR position (Construction Sector)
• Proficient in MS

- Reading and interpreting blueprints.

- Measuring cutting, and shaping wood or metal for creating the forms and ensuring the forms are in the ideal shapes for the project and assists the construction workers in pouring the concrete into the forms structures,

such as walls, columns, slab to form the foundations.

- The role requires a strong understanding of construction techniques, the ability to work with a variety of materials and tools the adherence to safety standards.

Requirements :

- Ability to comprehend schematic diagrams, blueprints, sketches, building plans and other specifications

- Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as abilities to complete a company's specific safety orientation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to all customer-related inquiries and provide timely updates to clients within a specified time frame.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure smooth processes related to clearance and transactions.
• Monitor and manage key accounts and reports, ensuring accurate tracking of flagged issues.
• Support backend operations for customer loyalty and rewards programs.
• Handle various administrative tasks and provide assistance for ad-hoc projects as required.
