b) The detailed duties and responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:

• Coordinate with all the parties including sub-contractors and consultants to solve and coordinate technical issues.
• Production and maintaining of drawings from BIM (Revit) model and ensure proper transmission of data to all parties involved.
• Ensure that the detailed schedules of drawing production and site progress are met.
• For quality management, the coordinator is responsible to fully implement with the quality recordings, carry out result analysis and formulate action plans for continuous improvement.
• Transform AutoCAD drawings into 3D drawings.
• Ensure BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD) are followed.
• Supervise site works according to the quality and EHS requirements.
• Handle all inspections and handing over process with the final objective of achieving customer satisfaction and high Conquas/QM score.
• Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is necessary for the execution of the project.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture / Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in BIM Drafting (Architectural or M&E)

A Building & Facility Manager/ Executive overseeing all aspects of building facility functions and guarantees the safety, maintenance, and functionality of all facilities for the industrial building.

Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, supervising the facility staff, managing tenants and etc.

Responsibilites:

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and oversee operational processes of industrial building, including maintenance, safety, cleanliness and etc
• Work within budgetary and compliance parameters to ensure upkeep of building facilities
• Ensure legal compliance where needed
• Work closely and liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to implement cost-effective, simpler, and faster ways of carrying out facility upkeep, development, and maintenance
• Manage and attend to tenant’s feedback and service requests in a timely manner
• Lead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operation
• Raise PO and certify job completion/delivery undertaken by contractors/vendors
• Assume any other facilities-related duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

• A Diploma/Degree holder in Facilities Management, Building Services or related discipline and preferably with three (3) years of relevant experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities as specified / managing industrial buildings
• Experience in performing these tasks and is hands on to ensure planning to execution
• Team player, results-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful
• Possess good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
