• Leading technical teams in the troubleshooting and work proposal for corrective maintenance works
• Ensure proper execution of maintenance activities by the contractors
• Assist the Condominium Manager with day-to-day operation
• Deliver necessary monthly/quarterly reports
• Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant MCST experience is required for this position
• Good knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act
