Key Responsibilities

Pre-Construction Stage

• Assists in preparing the key commercial control documents such as the Procurement Schedule, Cashflow Forecast and Margin Improvement Strategy to ensure the project is well planned.

• Advise clients on probate application and costs
• Coordinate with other professionals to complete estate plans
• Conduct regular reviews of clients' estate plans to ensure they remain up-to-date
• Assist clients in transferring assets to beneficiaries through various legal mechanisms
• Educate clients on the importance of estate planning and help them understand their options
• Help clients establish guardianships and conservatorships as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in business administrative or relevant field with experience in direct sales or banking or insurance.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills
• Motivated, sales-driven
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with associates who can only speak Mandarin
