Requirements:
· Responsible for assisting Project Manager, manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
· Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors
· Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site
· Solving complex problems
· Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
· Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree
· Posses minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
· Possess Certificate in Building Construction Supervisor Safety
· Possess work at Height Supervisor Certificate
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Sound knowledge of construction safety regulations
· Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment
· Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
· Organizational and Troubleshooting Skills
· Can work well in a team
· Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
· Can multitask, must help to do general work if required
· Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure
· Ability to keep track of multiple projects
