Job Description
· Inspect the construction site to ensure the appropriate level of quality control in all the phases.
· Assist the construction manager in preparing a schedule for different projects.
· Assist the construction manager in the closeout process and ensure appropriate filing of all paperwork.
· Coordinate with the material supply chain to provide the needed supplies.
· Supervise and facilitates equipment and component installation to assure that every process is running due standards.
· Monitor the material and tools spending to stay on budget.
· Preparing work schedules for contractors and laborers.
Requirements
· Diploma in construction management, engineering or Equivalent.
· Self-driven, with positive attitude.
· Good interpersonal skills and time management.
· Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
