2. Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with the Project Manager’s directives.
3. Lead and supervise the site team and subcontractors under your charge.
4. Assist in project planning and coordinate manpower and material deployment.
5. Foster strong relationships with site workers, contractors, and suppliers.
6. Manage all aspects of site operations, including planning, cost control, shop drawing submissions, and approvals.
7. Implement any changes in the project plan as instructed by the main contractor and consultants.
8. Handle complex Excel spreadsheet content for:
   a) Reporting engineering resource needs for ongoing and forecasted work.
   b) Preparing progressive claims and reports for the main contractor and consultants.
   c) Responding to subcontractor queries and justifying their work progress.
9. Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
10. Uphold Safety and Health Standards at the construction site.
11. Promptly report any site accidents to the Project Manager.
12. Maintain a safe construction site free of hazards or dangerous materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with large-scale electrical systems.
• Strong expertise in electrical systems, particularly in handling authorities' requirements.
• Proficient in interpreting engineering documents such as schematics, circuit diagrams, and piping layouts.
• Hands-on experience with electrical testing equipment, voltage tester, etc.
• Independent worker with excellent teamwork skills.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment and system issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiarity with Autodesk software (especially BIM).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed design and drafting for building services, including:
   a) Electrical System
   b) ACMV System
   c) Plumbing and Sanitary System
   d) Fire Protection System
2. Read, interpret, and produce accurate M&E and building drawings, also to produce shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
3. Utilize tools such as AutoCAD, BIM Revit, Navisworks, Collaborate, etc.
4. Coordinate and collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
5. Review and revise drawings based on project needs or stakeholder feedback.
6. Ensure all drawings meet industry standards and project specifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in the M&E or building services field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM Revit, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems and their integration in building projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in English for clear communication and documentation.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

2) Coordinate Between Production team and Office management team.

3) Update the company polices as needed.

4) Book flight tickets and make travel arrangement for workers and staffs.

5) Prepare master list for Drawings, Documents, incoming & outgoing correspondences.

6) Submission of documents, drawings, letter and creating transmittal.

7) Maintain proper organisation & production of filing system, storage of documents and information.

8) Keep electronic filing and archive system for easy issuance, storage, retrieval and management & production of documents to internal and external parties.

9) Schedule meeting with production team & management team.
