Responsibilities
Project Management
Oversee project teams to ensure on-time project delivery according to the planned schedule and within
the resources allocated
Working with the board to evaluate and improve business processes
Liaising with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities on design, work progress,
quality, safety and schedule
Ensuring site organization, planning and execution exceeds contractual, regulatory, safety and quality
standards
Identifying, evaluating and leading project teams to resolve site issues
Daily review of site progress and providing timely reports and feedback to the management
Commercial
To work with the tender team on technical proposals for tender submissions
Helping with business development to identify and source new business opportunities
Requirements
This leadership position requires 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects.
