• Ensure seamless office operations by overseeing all hard and soft services, as well as guest’s experiences at the Front of House

Role Purpose

The Construction Quality Data Clerk is assigned to Construction Yard, reports to Construction Quality Manager and is responsible for:

• Supporting and liaising with Construction Quality Manager for Quality KPI and tracking CQ documentation readiness,
• Database management (input, analysis and output) related to project CQ data,
• Contribute to the Construction Quality Department software developments,

Education, Experience and Certification

Functional Competencies

Job Description & Requirements

• Once a job has been accepted by the company, the production manager sets up the job ready for construction. This will include writing up material lists for every item, negotiating prices with subcontractors and writing up work orders, and completing the Spec/Req folder
• Prior to the start of work, the production manager will meet with the sub-contractor assigned to the project and debug the job, ensuring that all specifications and job conditions have been reviewed

• The production manager maintains an adequate work force of sub-contractors to meet the needs of the company.
• The production manager is responsible for all company vehicles, tools and equipment, including their maintenance and in good operating condition.
