1. Job descriptions:

2. Job requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design and project management within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with building codes, standards, and regulations related to mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software for mechanical design.
• Having a knowledge of HVAC design principles, plumbing systems, and fire protection systems.
• Ability to perform calculations and simulations related to mechanical engineering.
• Licenses: Qualification and Practical Experience for BCA (Building Construction Authority) Approved Person & Technical Controller requirements
• Capability to manage projects from inception through completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Familiarity with regional regulatory compliance
• Singapore Class 3 Driving License
