• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records, i.e. transfer, promotion, resignation, unpaid leaves, shift codes etc.
• Upkeep and maintenance of employees’ personnel files.
• Responsible for company insurance renewal and claims.
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and company events as required.
• Assist in implementing and handling staff performance management, appraisal, etc.
• Handle staff incentive calculation and verification, etc.
• Handle all workpass applications, renewal, cancellations, booking air tickets and levy matters, etc.
• Update employee data and information on the government’s website, e,g., MOM.
• Submission of documents according to government’s requirements.
• Implement staff engagement activities and keep track of the outcome and effectiveness and outcome.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with min 2 years of working experience in HR.
• High level of integrity with a positive work attitude

• Good writing skills and computer skills
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• IT Savvy
• Multi-lingual will be an advantage as this position needs to deal with some foreign workers from different countries.

Job Scopes:

1. To provide supervision and ensure that all repair and routine maintenance works undertaken by the contractors are carried out properly and completed satisfactorily in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract.
2. Schedule and ensure breakdown, preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out effectively.
3. Perform regular inspections and handle enforcement work at the common property areas and to ensure that such common property is in satisfactory and serviceable condition and properly maintained according to the standards required by the relevant authorities and to recommend any works which are necessary.
4. Certify completion of jobs undertaken by contractors and to make recommendation for payment thereof.
5. To co-ordinate all consultancy works on maintenance matters performed by professional consultants and apply and obtain all necessary licenses and certificates from the relevant authorities where necessary.
6. Responsible of investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
7. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your Manager.

Requirements

1. Diploma in Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance / Engineering or related fields.
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
3. ITE with relevant township experience can be considered.
4. To conduct site inspections
