The Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA&QC) Supervisor/QA&QC Executive monitors sampling and product quality testing. He/She performs non-standard quality tests and manages documentation of data and test results.

Responsibilities

• Support the site and project manager in architectural aspect of the construction works.

• Plan, organize and carried out project management activities to ensure that assigned projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner to achieve and exceed the cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives;
• Ensure that safety procedures are incorporated in all project management activities and takes initiatives to promote a safety working culture;
• Review contract documentation in conjunction with B.Q. and material specifications;
• Manage the profit and loss of the project;
• Plan for site mobilization and work sequential execution;

About the Role:

• Prepare cost estimation, endorse, and ensure all costing by any contractor is properly checked and endorsed
• Prepare and report financial projection and carry out budgetary and expenditure control of Contractors’ contract prior to commencement of each financial year arising from maintenance charges and other charges to provide appropriate contingencies
• Prepare and recommend monthly or progress payment claims and final account submitted by the term contractors’ and to ensure timely and complete submissions to the Authority for payment including all substantiations in accordance to the conditions of contract of the respective term contractors’ contract.
• Evaluate and carry out joint measurement with Contractors on their claims for the Purchase Order/ Works Order (including Bills of Items of works) and endorse that they are prepared and computed correctly in accordance with the maintenance term contracts, Contract Price and Option Price

• Prepare and Monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, check variations and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Source and Liaise with Site Personnel, Suppliers, Sub-contractors, Consultants and/or Architects for all project-related matters.
