Requirements

• Min Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or other related courses of studies or equivalent
• At least 2 years of similar HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in HRIS system, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Proficient in the English language, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Attend to calls, visitors, incoming / outgoing mails, couriers services etc.
• Monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of office and pantry supplies
• Liaise with Finance department and vendor for invoice payments
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up workstations and completing necessary paperwork.
• Assist in training course registration for company employees.
• Assist to organize office events, such as meetings, team building activities, and celebrations.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing project budgets, forecasts, cash flows, procurement and commercial activities with both local and international vendors throughout pre- and post-contract phases.
• Address and resolve payment-related issues to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Contribute to financial management processes and resource coordination.
• Review and assess cost plans, budgets, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Handle contract accounting and preparation of commercial reports.
• Preparation and submission of tender document and BQ.
• Provide training and guidance to the project team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the commercial sector.
• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Proven experience in providing advice on value management, negotiation, value engineering, and life cycle costing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills.
• Strong background in design, with creativity and a comprehensive understanding of design trends.
