Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Singapore related field.

Duties and Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor :

· Monitor all financial aspects of the project to ensure the project is within the budget.

· Liaise, coordinate and have good rapport with the team members, consultants, client, contractors, suppliers and architects

· Prepare and analyze cost comparison

· Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers

· Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off

· Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments

· Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors

· Involve in managing and reporting of project budget & cost control

· Responsible in Post-Contracts administration for both the Main Contract and Subcontracts

· Monitor all financial aspects of the projects to ensure projects run according to budget

· Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payment

· Be familiar with various stages of projects so as to source for the most viable yet reasonable priced materials

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• General role including pre-contract and post contract administration which are including procurement, tender bidding, pricing, cost control, measurement, co-ordination and meeting.
• To support the Contract Manager and Deputy Contract Manager in ensuring that tender documentation, Sub Contracts Documents, Consultant’s Appointments, etc. are correct and timely.
• Outsource subcontractor; prepare tender analysis (including pricing, drawing, and specification) and comparison for Sub-contractor appointment.
• To liaise and co-ordinate with project site team relating to procurement arrangement and schedule.
• Attend site meeting to report to Client on variation and costing & payment issues.
• Manage submission of progress payment claim and Variation Order to Client. Including pricing for Variation Enquiry from the Client.
• Prepare, verify and issue Variation Orders as required for Sub-Contractors and / or Consultants.

Requirement:

Job Descriptions

1. Manage a team of in-house Technician including roster planning, to carry out day-to-day building M&E services.
2. Develop and implement preventive/ corrective M&E maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations of services.
3. To provide technical knowledge and advice to the Team to resolve any site issue. To respond and compile fault cases and highlight any major issue to managers.
4. Oversee sub - contractors in fitting out/ reinstatement of A&A works in accordance with authorities/ building’s regulations if needed. Manage minor A&A works M&E /facility-related repair and replacement works.
5. Managing and fostering relationships with team/vendors and other key stakeholders through effective communications, collaboration, and engagement.
6. Ensure set SLAs (Service Level Agreements) / KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) fulfilled.
7. Administration of service or term contracts including cost comparisons and negotiation for contract renewal/ replacement of building M&E services.

Requirements

• Facilities management background with at least 4 years of similar experience.
• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management , Building , Engineering or any equivalent.
• Good technical knowledge in Mechanical systems / engineering and ACMV.
