Requirements:

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of the project / program / term contract, including developing short and long-range targets, daily activities, safety, quality, financial controls, and reporting and coordination of all stakeholders and subcontractors

- Familiarize, comprehend and execute contracts requirement

- Plan the work schedules and efficiently organize the project/maintenance activities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines

- Attend regular meetings with clients, consultants and sub-contractors

- Resolve technical and contractual difficulties and other issues that may arise.

- Communicate clearly and confidently with senior management, providing solutions and contingencies for any problems encountered.

- Write technical reports and proposals as requested for the project.

- Ensure smooth execution of all projects from pre-construction to post-construction stages.

- Conduct preliminary site feasibility studies and recommend feasible planning proposals.

- Have experience with productivity tools such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Maintenance Resource Planning (MRP).

- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, regulations, codes of practice, and company safety rules and regulations at all times.

- Handle ad hoc assignments or tasks as required.

Requirements:

Diploma in Building and Architecture, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities/ Real Estate Management

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience

Experience in M&E Engineer

• Work closely with the team to troubleshoot issues, ensure timely delivery of models, and maintain accuracy in BIM documentation.
• Ensure CAD and BIM standards are upheld, and workflows comply with company policies and project requirements.
• Support project teams by managing RFIs, creating presentations using BIM models, and handling related project tasks.
• Prepare and print drawings for production, create presentation materials, and participate in design and model reviews.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of 3D modelling and Autodesk Revit experience in Construction Industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 3dsMAX
• Able to understand building design drawings and architectural shop drawings.
