Responsibilities:
* Proficiency in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations;
* High attention to detail, ensuring accurate completion of documents and reports;
* Willing to collaborate with colleagues from other departments to achieve company goals;
* Responsible for managing daily paperwork, including files organization, report preparations, etc;
* Input and maintain key information in the company's database to ensure data accuracy and completeness;
* Manage and respond to emails and letters from both internal and external sources to facilitate timely communication;
* Answer incoming calls and handle inquires from customers;
* Assist in managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment;
* Collaborate with team members from different departments, providing necessary document support.
* Manage all accounting transactions, calculate and control all the employees’ payrolls;
* Prepare budget forecasts, publish financial statements in time, handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings;
* Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely bank payments;
* Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, report on the company’s financial health and liquidity;
* Able to audit financial transactions and documents, reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary;
* Must comply with financial policies and regulations.
* Onboard new employees;
* Manage employee records and HR documentation;
* Assist with performance appraisals;
* Handle HR compliance and legal requirements.
