• Monitor the performance of subcontractors, and evaluate the progress and manpower to ensure adequacy and adherence to schedule.
• Keep daily site records of manpower, materials usage, and works status.
• Attends all necessary site progress meetings, and internal meetings as & when required.
• Embraces safety and ensures all practices comply with safety regulations.

Requirements

· Candidate must possess at least a Building Construction Safety Supervisors (BCSS)/ Supervise Construction Work in Workplace Safety and Health Certificate.

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction Industry.

· He/she needs to be oaky with 5.5 Working Days

· Ability to work independently and target-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

· Will be based at project site office.

· Ability to interact effectively with project teams and managers at all levels.

· Good with Analytics | Computer literacy

· Attention to details| Numeracy

· Risk Management | Value Engineering

· Time Management & Organization skills| Change Control

· Team player| Pro-active

· Bilingual in English & Chinese to communicate with the Chinese speaking stakeholders, vendors and workers.
