• Collaborate with a team to carry out daily estate and horticultural tasks, liaise with and supervise contractors, identify defects, and implement improvement works.
• Respond to feedback and service requests from residents, manage arrears cases.
• Handle administrative duties such as soliciting quotations, issuing work orders, applying for funding, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
