Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members and sub-contractors to resolve related issues.
• Prepare, interpret and coordinate all types of drawings(construction/shop drawings, as-built etc) in relation to the project
• Attend meeting with client’s representative and consultants
• Feedback to drafting and design teams on updates and developments during meetings.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
• Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment
• Ensure prompt circulation and proper drawing control to be used or as reference
• To check, coordinate and develop drawings to ensure quality drawing to avoid conflicts with the Consultant and Contractor drawings
• To Consolidate and coordinate all type of documents used for approval process to relevant parties

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Building Engineering or Architectural Discipline
• 3-5 years experience in architectural finishing works
• Competent in Autocad/BIM

• Assit the GM & HR with administrative duties but not limited to photocopying, filing, data entries ect
• Maintain office documents and records
• Monitor, update of courses for foreign workers
• Verification of invoices from suppliers, contractors etc
• Maintain filing system
• Purchase of air ticket for repatriation of workers
• Manage workers dormitory
• Other ad-hoc duties and sales/initiatives assigned

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma
• Independent, disciplined and able to work under pressure
• Good communication & writing skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with China counterparts
• At least 2 year experience in administrative
• Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application

Job Description:

• Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria
• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines design changes and model changes
• Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform
• Coordinate design documentation as a methodology with full utilisation of BIM software and tools
• Able to use naviswork to present VDC
• Attend coordination meeting with Project Consultants and coordinate with BIM Coordinators of other disciplines
• Responsible for maintaining and updating of BIM model until as build
• Carry out proper procedures & preparations for drafting for the different stages of issue & authority submission of the project assigned.
• Production of shop-drawings and as-built drawings, including BIM models if required
• Document control of submissions (Technical data, shop-drawings, as-built)
• Maintain records for changes and updates on drawings
  Develop shop drawings according to the schedule
• Produce M&E Drawings, Draw/Amend/Update/using AutoCAD according to specs, co-ordinate with project department

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma / BCA Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field
• Proficient in Autocad
• Good understanding of the Singapore Construction Industry regulations and proficient with latest Singapore BIM Guidelines
• Good interpersonal skills, initiative and positive working attitude
