Requirements:
· Responsible for assisting Project coordinator, Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
· Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, manager and staff
· Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors
· Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site
· Ensure smooth job operations
· Able to rectify and supervise works done on site
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Having minimum 6 years of working experience in construction industry/ project site work is preferred
· Able to read and write in simple English is a plus
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment
· Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
· Organizational and Troubleshooting Skills
· Can work well in a team
· Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
· Can multitask, must help to do general work if required
· Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure
· Ability to keep track of multiple projects
· Possess good work attitude
