This will be for an upcoming A&A fit-out project and will require a candidate with considerable experience i.e. who has managed hyper-scale projects, particularly during the pre-construction stage.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• At least 10 years of construction management and MEP experience, particularly in a mission critical environment
• Demonstrated understanding and experience of cost estimation and control, budget management, design review, risk assessment, safety & quality control and project scheduling.
• Ability to interpret construction contractual documents and contract modifications.
• Vast knowledge of all local legal issues, permits, and building codes involved
• Excellent organisational skills with an ability to produce accurate work to project deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
