Key Duties:

• Develop and design mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) in 3D using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Prepare detailed mechanical design models, drawings, and specifications for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
• Participate in design coordination meetings with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to resolve clashes and ensure efficient project execution.
• Utilize BIM coordination tools like Navisworks to detect clashes and implement clash resolution processes for mechanical systems.
• Produce and maintain detailed documentation, including BIM execution plans, as-built drawings, and equipment schedules.
• Perform quality control checks on mechanical systems designs and ensure accurate implementation of BIM models in the construction phases.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering relevant discipline
• Min 2 Years of working experience
• BIM Certified will be highly advantageous
