· Prepare and chair Annual General Meetings (for managerial role)

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Estate/Facilities Management or related discipline

· Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings

· Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building Maintenance and Strata Management (BMSM) Act

· Candidates with own transportation will have an added advantage

Responsibilities:
•  Drafting & designing of routing for MEP drawings in Revit
•  Coordinate ISD, federate and produce CSD
•  Subcontractor Coordination via communication channel or on site
•  Support coordinate meetings with Navisworks.
•  Support the VDC and Technical manager with project completion and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements
•  ITE/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
•  At least 3-5 years of BIM experience.
•  Well-versed in building regulations and local design codes.
•  Strong communication and Good interpersonal skill
•  Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit MEP modeling.
•  HDB experience will be an added advantage

Job Description

• Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work program.
• Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with sub-contractors.
• Handing of technical and engineering problems.
• Keep quality records of all work, monitor and report on work progress.
• To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters.
• Other ad-hoc assigned by the company.

Job Requirement

• Min. Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Min. 4 years of experience in design and construction (structural).
• Good analytical ability with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent, organized with positive work attitude.
