Job Scope

Attend to daily sub-contractors meeting and carry out the required survey setting out lines / points as required by the structure and architectural works.

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Under direction of the Assistant Facilities Manager, the Property Executive is responsible for assisting in the management of site residential properties in compliance with British government guidelines and relevant health and safety legislation. This role will provide advise to management on the leased property portfolio within allocated resources. Project/Site Engineer is responsible for planning and coordinating technical engineering initiatives to make sure they can complete a project within their budget and according to a schedule, also to uphold project standards by researching compliance regulations, developing project implementation plans and adjusting specifications for elements of a project.

Job Description:

• To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements.
• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation, according to the Project Management Plan and master construction programme
• Liaise with consultants, client & main/sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement and work progress supervision
• Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities

Job Description

• Plan, propose, coordinate and execute utility diversion related works
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants and sub-contractors on project coordination
• Liaise with utility agencies e.g. SPPG, telco & etc
• Supervising and managing utility site related site construction, installations, testing and commissioning activities
• Prepare documentation (method statements, risk assessments, safe work procedures) for timely submission and review

Requirements

• Equipped with knowledge of NCE application
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience and 2 years’ relevant experiences utility works
• Candidate with Register Earthwork Supervisor Certificate is preferred
