• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electromechanical Engineering / Electronics Engineering/Manufacturing Process Technology or related discipline, preferably with at least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing environment.

Hexacon Construction is seeking an accounts executive immediately.

What’s on offer

This is a permanent role based at Balestier Road.

· SGD 2,600 - $3,700 monthly, depending on experience and qualifications

· 5-day work week

Reporting to the Finance Controller and Senior Accountant, you are responsible for:

· Maintain accounting general ledgers within accounting software and on Excel

· Perform general ledger, bank, supplier statement reconciliation

· Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, quarterly GST Form 5

· Assist with auditor and tax agent queries, providing of relevant information

· Accurate data entry into claims submission, supplier and payment processing

· Other ad-hoc duties

The successful candidate should:

· Degree / diploma in accountancy

· Ideally, 1-3 years of accounting experience. However, fresh degree / diploma graduates are still welcome to apply
