This role will perform data quality analysis, raise awareness and to establish and maintain standards, operational procedures and documentations. It is also required to conduct compliance checks to review and analyse the operation processes to ensure that the implemented controls and their outputs meet the requirements. Additionally, the Senior Associate is expected to visit the different AACs under NTUC Health for the adoption of the standards, data quality analysis and compliance review.

Job responsibilities:

• Systematically collect, process and perform analyses on large data sets to support decision-making in AAC operations and in meeting requirements.
• Use statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyse data, identifying patterns, relationships, and trends

Job Summary

Land Surveyor/Construction Coordinator’s primary work is performing precise measurements to determine property boundaries and provide data relevant to the shape, contour, elevation or dimension of land for engineering and construction purposes. - Assist the Senior Contracts Manager/ Contract Managers to manage the whole tender process, including site visits, taking off, pricing, negotiation with sub-con/ suppliers, engagement with consultant, tender clarifications/ interview and handover meeting to fellow colleagues for successful tender

- Monitor and review latest market accurately and advice on strategic pricing to win tender.

- Compilation and preparation post tender analysis

Requirement

- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying

- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in construction industry preferably under the tender department

- Independent and driven

- Willing to work in a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITY：

Ø Full cycle of HR operations.

Ø Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, work pass application and selection. Oversee employee onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the organization.

Ø Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and foster a positive work environment through regular communication and feedback mechanisms.

Ø Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems. Provide guidance on setting performance goals and track employee progress.

Ø Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws. Regularly update policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practices.Prepare regular reports on project status, including schedule, financial performance and risk management.

Ø Identify employee training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance skills and career growth.

Ø Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits, and compensation plans. Handle inquiries related to salary, benefits, and other HR-related matters.

Ø Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, and absences to ensure proper workforce planning.

Ø Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Ø Prepare and present regular HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to senior management to support decision-making.

Ø Organize employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and initiatives that promote work-life balance and job satisfaction.

Ø Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement :

Ø Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or a related field ;

Ø At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource ;

Ø Familiar with Employment Act ;

Ø Preferred to have working experience in Construction Industry ;

Ø Good organizational and communication Skills ;

Ø Required to travel to construction sites and work in both office and field environments.

Ø Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines ;

Ø Able to start work immediately ;
