Scope of Works

1. Procurement of subcontractors/ suppliers for day-to-day purchasing.

2. Preparation of comparison tables for quotations submitted by subcontractors/ suppliers and recommendations to the Management for approval.

3. To assist the project manager with the price negotiation and award of sub-contractors.

Preparation of Letter Of Award (LOA) and/or subcontract agreements for awarded subcontract works.

4. To assist the project engineer/ manager or site supervisor in purchasing construction materials needed for the project.

5. To track the delivery progress of materials in accordance with the construction schedule to prevent delays.

6. Submission and monitoring of monthly & final project claims.

7. Evaluation& preparation ofVariation Orders (VO).

8. Liaison with subcontractors and clients on the cost-related and contractual issues during the course of the works.

9. Assessment of subcontractors/ suppliers' monthly progress claims including VO claims.

10. Preparation/ certification of progress payment claims.

11. To carry out site measurement.

12. Handle tender process, such as sourcing quotation, analyzing and evaluating for tender costing for the Tender submission.

13. Taking off quantities, prepare bill of qualities and scope of work for subcontractors/ suppliers.

14. Preparation of final settlement of accounts for subcontractors/ suppliers.

15. To manage contractual matters.

16. Any other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirement

1. Degree/Diploma in construction management or quantity surveying.

2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

3. Proficient in MS Office and Autocad (3D will be an advantage).

4. Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

Job Description :

1. Need to take Bar Bending Schedule from rebar structural drawings.

2. Need to Take the exact rebar quantities from the provided drawings.

3. Submission of Cost control reports for total rebars received & total rebars used & wastages.

4. Able to test and use the communication devices.

Job Requirements :

1. Experience in Bar Bending Schedule.

2. Diploma or above relevant qualifications.

3. Previous Singapore work experience will be added advantage
