· Oversee food preparation method and maintain a consistent standard of products with compliance to SOP at all times
· Monitor and follow up on Central Kitchen’s overall hygiene standards, repairs & maintenance and food security issues
· Responsible for enforcing all hygiene all hygiene/health/safety rules and regulations (in Central Kitchen) in accordance to ISO22000:2018 standards and SFA
· Ensure all storage products (raw, semi and finished) are stored at correct storage conditions, properly labelled and are in FIFO & FEFO system
· Supervise & control storage conditions and truck delivery temperature to all outlets according to Food Safety requirements
· Investigate/handle any complaints regarding our products from outlets or customers
· Conduct food safety & food hygiene meetings and training as and when required
· Supervise stewarding in their daily upkeep of crockery and kitchen cleanliness
· Maintain ISO22000:2018 manual, documents and files by updating and upkeeping of all records
· Any other duties assigned by superior
· Diploma in Food Science with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Central Kitchen Management
