1. Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand business needs and provide strategic recommendations;
2. Develop and present strategic plans, business models, and operational frameworks tailored to client needs;
3. Facilitate effective communication between clients, project teams, and senior management to ensure alignment and progress;
4. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders;
5. Oversee the management and organization of company records and documents;
6. Updating track records for project and maintenance progress and ensure timely completion;
7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes;
8. Guide clients through organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations;
9. Manage sales and marketing team and ensure that all the team job scope are being performed;
10. Assisting management on their business decision making by carrying out day-to-day administrative activities;
11. Present and propose yearly budgets to Directors;
12. Provide and submit monthly strategic plans to minimize expense and improve business services;
13. Perform any other duties assigned by the director;
14. Daily report to Director;
15. Improves products/services offers of the Company by doing market research and propose new products/services development and perform innovative future action plans.
