Job Description

• Develop and implement Pulic Relation Programme to meet the project goals ;
• Work closely with Project Team and initiate proactive measures to mitigate complaints ;
• Manage feedbacks and complaints from external stakeholders ;
• Generate reports on feedbacks/complaints received ;
• Draft publicity materials including circulars ;
• Maintain and attend to the hotline phone-calls ;
• Support Project Team with administrative / clerical duties ;
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as the management deem fit.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Public Relations / Communications or related field ;
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in related field ;

• Working Hours: 6 days (Monday to Saturday 9 AM – 6 PM)

• Remuneration package: Up to SGD$4,600 Basic + AWS + Excellent Variable Bonus

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Graduates without experience welcome to apply: $2,800 to $3,200

Responsibilities

• Preparation of shop-drawing
• Attending Project meeting
• Manage sub-contractor
• Conduct site testing

Requirement

• Degree, Diploma or NITEC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or relevant
• At least 1 years of Mechanical or Electrical Project experience
• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Graduates without/ No experience welcome to apply

• At least 2 years of quantity Surveyor experience in M&E
