• Support in line production check on CCPs, OPRPs and in-line checking of the products such as FOC. Highlight immediately to the Superior/Manager should there be any non-compliances.
• Support in line production checks such as correct raw material usage, correct packaging are use, correct stencilling information and ensuring that changeover / flush out are done accordingly.
• Support in production to ensure finished goods samples are collected and ensuring that correct samples are collected by the productions.
• Responsible for equipment preventive and maintenance and periodic calibration.
• Maintain good record keeping for audits and certification renewal.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
