· Assist in negotiation of sub-contractors packages and preparation of sub-contractor or supplier agreement letters

· Analyse scope of work in project and contract for effective contract administration in conjunction with interpretation of architectural and shop drawings

· Liaise with Financial Controller and in conjunction with Project Managers control

· Monitor Project cost and prepare general financial administration

· Report example Cost history for contract negotiation and budget

Job Requirements

.Candidates with QS or Contracts background is advantageous.

Job Description

· Using a range of equipment to produce surveys, including GPS and conventional methods;

· Thinking creatively to resolve practical planning and development problems

· Perform sounding works at site.

· Interpreting and analyzing data using maps, charts and plans;

· Using computer-aided design (CAD) and other IT software to interpret data and present information

· Plans, organizes, and directs work of one or more survey parties engaged in surveying earth's surface to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction, mapmaking, land division, titles, mining or other purposes.

Job Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of working experience in civil engineering works.

· Diploma/Degree in Civil & Engineering/Surveying or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA is a plus

· Has completed at least 1 completed or ongoing reclamation project/marine

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCad

· Able to start work immediately or within short notice
