• Administers document revision control to ensure appropriate security based on business need
• Assists with the assessment, and/or deployment of electronic document management systems
• Provide additional support to the organization as required including maintaining original documents, loading PDFs into the SharePoint, updating controlled lists
• You will be responsible for seamless, rapid and global implementation of material, BOMs, and product data supporting the business strategies and supply chain requirements via the Change Order Process management

Overview

Candidates are required to be an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated individual with real passion for new age digital transformation profession who would work closely with our Division Manager and (internal / external) stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of services.

To succeed in this role, the PMO should possess the quality of a PMO professional who will have a proven track record in planning, coordination, and management of large-scale banking projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Key Area of Responsibilities (KAR):

• Project scheduling and resource planning, considering dependencies.
• Management of project issues and document creation for management reporting.
• Setting evaluation criteria (e.g., Critical Points) and coordinating with related departments (e.g., IT, Compliance).
• Responding to regulatory requirements and supporting administrative tasks.
• Regularly reporting on progress, challenges, and solutions to leadership.
