Responsibilities & Requirements:

The successful candidate for this role is expected to have a strong background in Regression and end-to-end Testing, with a deep understanding of JSON, API, and SQL. Familiarity with financial instruments and entities will be considered a plus.

This role requires an individual who is a fast learner, able to quickly comprehend business requirements and translate them into effective test cases using our in-house automated regression tools.

Skillset (Must have)

• Proven experience as a Software Test Engineer or similar role.

The Service Quality Associate (SQA)act as the media between internal partners and residents as well as their families. The SQA is to maintain high standards of care and service delivery, promoting residents’ well-being, and ensuring a conducive living environment for residents, through gathering feedback and working with internal partners.

Client Care Management

• Act as the point of contact to interact and gather feedback from residents and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
• Work towards resolving issues and ensuring a positive outcome for all parties involved.
• Collaborate with internal partners within the care home to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to resident care and service delivery.
• Identify and share areas of improvement and provide recommendations.

Training and Activity Management

• Coordinate and deliver in-service talks to residents and staff.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities and events for their health well-beings.

Service Quality

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to residents by conducting regular assessments, audits and surveys.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance the quality of services.
• Implement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and improve the overall resident experience.
• Prepare reports for management and regulatory agencies as required.
• Ensure that the care home complies with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. Stay abreast with industry standards and best practices to maintain compliance.
• Escalate to HOD or Senior Management Team (SMT) for feedback that warrants immediate attention or has insinuation of escalation to public forum or media.
• Track all visits, feedback, recommendations and report at Vanguard Rehab and Clinical Meeting (VRCM) platform or any other platforms when necessary or required.

Administration

• Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, resident feedback, and compliance measures.

Requirements

• Diploma / GCE “A” level / GCE “O” level / GCE “N” level in a relevant discipline
• Possess at least 1 - 2 years working experience in Service Quality function or quality improvement programmes in healthcare or similar setup.
• Those with experience in Nursing Homes and/or long-Term Care Facility would be preferred.
• Ability to interact in at least 2 of the languages/dialects such as Malay, Mandarin or Tamil to communicate with the clients and families.

Key Responsibilities/Duties

• Engage project team and sub-contractors to deliver high quality works and ensure all temp works and permanent works done are in full compliance with LTA M&W Sep and PS clauses.
• Effectively implement GBSB's Project Quality Plan on site.
• Conduct internal Quality Audits, arrange site quality inspection and materials inspections with QPS.
• Liaise with authorities to achieve acceptance in materials submission, site quality inspections, documentation and compliances.
• Provide training to site staff on the deep understanding of quality standards, hold points and specifications for the site activities in advance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience for LTA MRT projects

Task Management

• Develop and implement a comprehensive product quality improvement plan, aligned with the organization'soverall goals and objectives.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to identify and analyse root causes of quality issues.
• Developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions to prevent future quality issues.
• Monitoring and reporting on product quality metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct audits and assessments to identify and address potential quality risks.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure their products meet our quality requirements.
• Collaborating with various teams such as engineering, manufacturing, classification societies, and suppliers to ensure consistent quality throughout the product lifecycle.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest quality improvement methodologies and tools.
• Track and analyse warranty data for reporting, change implementation to new products and continuous improvement
• Identify and communicate process and product improvements.
• Continually seek to identify areas of quality risk and resolve them before they impact on the vessel.
• Delivery of regular communications & reports to the Key internal relationships.
• Establish and maintain high standards of quality and control of cost within budget limits.
• Carry out customer familiarization of our products.
• Occasional travel to vessels country operating area to conduct fact finding on their operations and acceptance of our products in operation for quality.

The Red Hat Quay team is seeking a Principal Quality Engineer to join a group of passionate professionals developing Red Hat Quay and quay.io. As a Principal Quality Engineer, you will work as a core member of an engineering team, rapidly testing, securing, and releasing new capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Site Reliability Engineers, to gain a deep understanding of features, customer use cases, and technical implementations. This knowledge will enable you to design real-world test plans, build regression test suites, and drive the integration of quality-driven methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.

You will be responsible for developing and executing both manual and automated tests to accelerate the testing process and improve product quality. Our Quality Engineers are not just black-box testers; they have a deep understanding of software internals, can debug issues, and write automated tests using scripting and user-level automation tools. As an individual contributor, you’ll take ownership of tasks from inception to completion with minimal oversight, while collaborating with other engineers to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.
