• Liaise with the authorities and other key organizations on Taxi / Bus Operations and emergency incidents.
• Proactively identify opportunities and process improvements
• Perform other duties such as preparation and submission of operation reports, incident reporting etc.
• Responsible for Operation matters including the relevant KPIs within the watch.

The key responsibilities:

1. Planning and organizing work schedules and supervising the work of tile installers.
2. Ensuring that all tiling work meets industry standards and specifications.
3. Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of tiling materials and equipment.
4. Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed by the team.
5. Coordinating with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure that all specifications and requirements are met.
6. Providing training and guidance to tile installers.
7. Ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
8. Conducting quality control checks on all completed tiling work.
9. Preparing reports on job progress and completion.
10. Ensuring that all work is completed within project deadlines and budget constraints.

3. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.

Job Description

• Responsible for warehouse operation and inventory control.
• Checks, inspection and administering of new goods into warehouse.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers and external transporters/forwarders for efficient order fulfillment
• Organize, allocate, and store materials in designated locations, maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
• Manage inventory, including aligning physical stock with system records, conducting inventory adjustments, and investigating variances.
• Adhere to safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Safely handle materials using ergonomic techniques to prevent injuries and ensure workplace safety.
• Maintain vigilance to prevent personal injuries, safety hazards, or environmental releases.
• Ensure a clean and orderly working environment.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or relevant industries.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good attendance and punctuality.
