JOB SCOPE

• Conduct quality audits on all forms of communication e.g.Voice, Emails, Chats to ensure team members meets our Marina Bay Sands luxury brand service standards.
• Review with each team member their quality scores, provide feedback, examples and mentoring on how to improve
• Ensure departmental Forbes and Service Quality Review Audit targets are met through consistent follow up, coaching and trainings where appropriate
• Must be detail oriented, consistent with follow up and coaching
• Ensure all team members are aware of new and resort wide promotions
• Work with Reporting Officer on various projects that will be of benefit to improving customer service, enhancing positive team culture, and increasing the company’s competitive edge.
• Provide a detailed monthly report on the department quality audit scores such as frequently missed standards, areas to improve, etc.
• Provide a monthly overview report to the Management team
• Provide customer service and / or product training where appropriate
• Any other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or University Degree.
• Must have proven 3+ years of experience in a call center or front office environment within a luxury hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• Ferrying our workers between the dormitories and the worksite, or from pickup points to the worksite, during the change shift period in the morning and/or evening. • Other duties include daily vehicle maintenance, cleanliness and sending it for servicing when needed. • Ad-hoc tasks such as ferrying staff, running deliveries etc. may be given during your work shift.• Loading and unloading of goods onto vehicle according to delivery order • Perform pickups and collection for the company covering specific areas • Ensuring safe receipt, retrieval, and dispatching of goods • Delivering goods to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner • Establishing and maintaining excellent customer service during delivery • To perform duties as tasked • Class 4 Driving Licence • Must be able to work the night shift or split shift • Must be able to work extra hours or weekends if needed

Job Description:

• Review, coordinate and generate subcontractor's M&E shop drawings as and when necessary.
• Liaise, coordinate and manage all M&E services with other trades on-site.
• Arrange for testing and commissioning of M&E systems including the handover of all replacement parts, warranties, operating manuals, maintenance tools and equipment.
• Contract administration of M&E sub-contractors.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Able to produce M&E Coordination Drawing using AutoCAD

Duties of Quality Assurance Engineer:

• Assisting in the research and development of Cement-based mortar formulations, including assessing alternative raw materials.
• Conducting tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure quality compliance.
• Validating product performance against industry standards and internal evaluation criteria.
• Ensuring products meet local regulatory standards.
• Providing manufacturing support, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
• Offering technical service, product trials, and training.
• Maintaining lab safety standards and workplace security.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned
