Job Requirements

• Provide specialist project control services for the support of the WorleyParsons project control system
• Assist the Business Systems Group in the rollout of the project control system including initial configuration and contribution to training activities
• Liaise with project teams to ensure the correct utilisation of the project control system based on project specific requirements and corporate guidelines
• Review and develop data interfaces for third party project systems, as required
• Prepare and control Inter Entity Work Orders
• Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Business Systems Customer Sector Group. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.
• Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Business Systems Customer Sector Group
• Undertake project roles, as required, to include: Take ownership of the cost control function and ensure integrity of the data being processed, interface with project personnel to develop project forecasts and analyse project costs, supervise any supporting roles in the project cost control area, liaise with clients to clarify cost related issues and develop timely and meaningful monthly invoices. Ensure payment of invoices according to EPCM contract terms, preparation of project invoices in conjunction with the Accounts Department. Liaise with Client for reporting purposes, preparation of monthly financial reports for the project. Also prepare other financial analysis as required on an adhoc basis. Implement financial controls including controlling authorisations of expenditure and cash flow projections, preparation of budgets in conjunction with engineering and construction team members, ensure effective coordination and cooperation between other team members, particularly in regard to cost, planning (forecasting) and procurement matters. Reviewing, auditing and improving project controls activities on specific projects - demonstration of project controls capability in the areas of cost control and scheduling to existing and potential clients (business development) and direct involvement in execution of key projects: Proposal preparation & demonstrate a high level of skill in planning Oil & Gas industry Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Management modification and maintenance projects using computer based planning and scheduling techniques. Demonstrate Primavera Project Planning software operating expertise with the ability to apply Critical Path Method planning techniques to develop detail Engineering and Installation Project networks and schedules. Computer based Project Management Planning experience (especially utilising Primavera P63 package or equivalent) and ability to apply Earned Value Management techniques to measure/status and monitor.

Requirements:

• 12 to 15 years professional experience in related duties
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in oil & gas / petrochemical industry
• Engineering Degree
• Must have proven track record of the initiation of meaningful project controls in a multi project environment and with demonstrable skills in management of project time and cost

You will be working with highly motivated and enthusiastic IAM Authentication and Access Control Quality Assurance Engineering team based out of Singapore location, who along with stakeholders, are trying to work towards realizing the vision of our leadership and organization.

As an IT Quality & Test engineer Test Lead you'll play an important role in QA support and become the tollgate for the TS project deliverables and be part of TS QE Global team. In your role you will be working with the 3rd party service providers across all regions and will be responsible for relevant Release/Change test deliverables. You will be responsible for supervising/managing multiple projects and QE resources.

Your expertise:

• 10+ years of experience as Quality Assurance Engineer, ideally a Test Lead for more than 5 years
• Java/Selenium or TOSCA scripting experience
• working knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation using GitLab with Cloud infrastructure (preferably MS Azure)
• knowledge of IT Security domain, well-versed with Identity and Access Management - Privileged Access Management concepts and related products
• agile certifications to showcase understanding of different ceremonies and methodologies
• manage end-to-end testing lifecycle for upstream/downstream applications with ability to understand the requirements, perform gap analysis and requirement mapping in Agile set-up
• expertise in stakeholder management and meeting relevant Quality SLAs & KPIs
