Job Responsibilities:

Provide effective support and assistance to the Team Leader / Deputy Group Head in the daily operations of the Operations Control Group (OCG) mainly Account Services, Credit Limit Setup, Audit Confirmation & related Customer Services.

• Process transactions / requests in compliance with the Bank's Policy & Procedures, Head Office Rules in alignment with the local and related overseas laws and regulations. End-to-end understanding in terms of Controls associated with transaction / request processing must be robust.
• Observe the rules and regulations of the Compliance Manual of the Bank associated with the Anti-Money Laundering, KYC requirements, MAS regulations, etc.
• Participate actively with the Team Leader / Deputy Group Head in resolving operational issues, and manage change projects (including Business Analysis, support UAT planning & execution).
• Identify areas to improve the operational efficiencies (proactively contribute to Time & Cost Savings) and effectiveness (controls) of the Group, and propose and support the implementation of improvements of workflows & processes.
• Investigate and report discrepancies and irregularities arising from transactions, system failure, etc. and resolve issues including handling customer / stakeholder's complaints and escalating all issues promptly.
• Participate actively in the various Business Continuity Plan Drills which are held regularly by the Bank and the local regulatory authority.
• Cross-train other colleagues within Team OCG to ensure there is sufficient back-up to cover each process from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of Banking experience in Managing Customer Account Setup, including Maintenance, Offboarding & issuance of Audit Confirmation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with immediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Possess critical thinking skills, and able to link diverse information to build a full picture and spot inconsistencies.
• Meticulous, attention to detail with a risk and control mindset.
• Good oral & written communication skills, strong inter-personal skills, and a strong customer service aptitude.
• Reliable team player, who is able to work with a diverse group of people.

Job Scope:

Quality System Engineer - Electronic, PCBA

• Oversee implementation of various management systems and business accreditations.
• Maintain and ensure appropriateness of Quality Manuals and Procedures.
• Analyze current and future procedural needs of the business.
• Manage the internal audit system and corrective action reporting system.
• Conduct Quality Systems audits and train/guide other auditors.
• Host external Quality System audits.
• Review Quality procedures related to plant improvement initiatives.
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedure content and coordinate issuance.
• Collect quality data for monitoring targets.
• Assist with quality awareness training.
• Undertake special projects as required.
• Ensure quality control through appropriate reviews.
• Support/lead process and continuous improvement activities.
• Manage and monitor equipment calibration.
• Coordinate with Outsource Management for subcon selection and approval.
• Establish and improve subcon quality assurance and development system.
• Perform audits on new and existing subcons for quality evaluation.
• Involved in new production introduction and product transfer to subcon.
• Manage Corrective Action Report process and resolution.
• Work with subcons on customer complaint 8D.
• Develop and maintain policies to measure and ensure subcon performance.
• Monitor key quality metrics (Subcon OTD, system, process audit, yield).
• Establish sampling plan and testing criteria for incoming, site inspection or subcon production.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in engineering studies with relevant working experience in Quality Management Experience.
• ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, ISO17025, MID-D, LNE, QC80000, IECEx80079 are the usual quality management system to be utilize across the work routine.
• Candidate with relevant experience in Electonic Manufacturing/PCBA Industry will be prioritized.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Determining project changes.
• Coordinate with the operation department for materials delivery schedule.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

Project Coordinator Requirements:

• At least A level/Diploma holder and above.
• Good presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Class 3 driving licence advantage.
