Logistic arrangement for workers and company assets

Ensure all purchasing contract comply to contract specification, obligation, warranty, company requirement and include all submission of warranty etc as required in main contract

Negotiate and co-ordinate with supplier and cross-functional department for best possible price purchase and delivery time with the quality required for the project.

Requirements:

Diploma of relevant discipline

Possess 1-2 years’ work experience in Purchasing and Administration

Experience in Construction firm would be an advantage

Job Descriptions

• Operate tower crane according to the assigned deployment schedule.
• Conduct daily checks on the assigned vehicle to ensure safe lifting operations at all times.
• Responsible for basic housekeeping and maintenance of tower crane
• Perform risk assessment of surroundings and goods to be lifted to ensure safe lifting operations.

Requirements

• Possess Tower Crane (Luffing Jib & PPVC certificate) License.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience

• Minimum diploma /degree education
• Minimum 5+ years relevan working experience in singapore

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Quantity take-off and cost estimation sourcing of contractors and suppliers
• Understanding the requirements, prepare and submit tenders with specific deadline
• Liaise and coordinate with the Consultants, Clients and Sub-contractors
• Contract and tender document administration
• Collaborate with project team and tender department to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying Mechanical Engineering (P&S, ELECTRICAL or ACMV & etc)
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in building and construction industries.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Possess strong project organizational skills, resourceful, energetic and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
