Job Description:

Internal Processes and Reporting

1. Establish and maintain Quality Management System in both local and SEA region.
2. Develop or update procedures and SOPs for quality system process to ensure continuous process improvement is met.
3. Support audit readiness, conduct and prepare for regulatory or external audit as well as internal quality audits to ensure timely execution according to defined schedules.
4. Execute recall or field corrective actions and other post-market surveillance activities within impacted countries in the SEA region.
5. Participate in handling non-conformity, corrective and preventive actions, documentations, supplier quality across the organization’s sites.
6. Assist administration of management review process, including maintaining compliance to quality system data metric analysis, monitor and trend quality indicators to proactively report or escalate issues to QRA manager.
7. Track and monitor both Singapore and Regional KPIs including QA performance and develop monthly and/or quarterly analysis and reports for reporting to Management.
8. Execute other tasks and projects, as assigned by QRA manager.

Project Support, Training and Continuous Improvement

1. Provide QA support to new business development projects for potential or new onboarding customers.
2. Conduct training (both internal and refresher training) on standards and procedure, quality related programs and quality management procedure.
3. Conduct process mapping and identify areas of improvement and implement steps required to improve processes within QA and other functions.
4. Responsible for planning and implementation of QA related projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Life science, biomedical engineering-related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to details.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional team.
• Able to converse in proficient Chinese.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Familiar with GDP and GDPMDS is a plus.

We are growing and looking for a team-oriented Safety Coordinator to join our Company. You will carry out a wide array of functions including but not limited to coordinate all safety requirements at sites in making sure that safety standards and procedures are met and adhered to at all time.

Responsibilities

Conduct safety briefing and toolbox meeting and keep proper attendance records

Perform daily site safety inspection, oversee work activities, analyze safety risks, identify unsafe acts, review and propose corrective action, rectify non-compliance and follow-up actions for non-compliance matters for closure.

Site preparation and coordination of proper documentation, preparation of submission documents (eg application of various permits) before work commencement, maintain such records accordingly.

Provide support to the Safety Officer and Project Manager to perform risk assessment and ensure safe working procedures are properly executed on site

Ensure appropriate control measures are implemented and documented and all safety matters are complied with statutory, contractual and management systems requirements.

To carry out investigations into all accidents and near-miss incidents and keep records of safety-related incidents properly

To prepare and submit all safety and health reports or injury logs to relevant government agencies (if required), clients and the Management

The QAQC Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of project works throughout all phases of design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning. This role involves implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, performing tests, and collaborating closely with project teams to achieve high-quality project installations that meet industry standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and enforce quality control plans (QCPs) specific to projects, outlining inspection points, testing requirements, and acceptance criteria.

-Review engineering drawings, specifications, and relevant documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

-Monitor the implementation of quality control measures at various stages of the piping project, from material selection to installation.

-Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of piping components to verify conformity with design specifications and quality standards.

-Oversee non-destructive testing (NDT) processes, including radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing, dye penetrant testing, and magnetic particle testing.

-Perform hydrostatic and pneumatic tests on piping systems to ensure their structural integrity and leak-tightness.

-Verify the suitability and quality of materials by conducting material receiving inspections and reviewing material certificates.

-Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or contamination.

-Monitor and evaluate welding procedures, qualifications, and welder performance to ensure high-quality welds in piping systems.

-Conduct visual inspections and coordinate radiographic examinations of welded joints to identify defects and deviations.

-Maintain comprehensive records of all inspection and testing activities, including test results, inspection reports, and relevant documentation.

-Generate detailed quality reports outlining findings, discrepancies, and recommended corrective actions.

-Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams to address quality-related concerns and provide technical guidance.

-Communicate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory agencies regarding quality control matters.

-Identify non-conformities, deviations, and quality issues, and lead investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.

-Track the resolution of non-conformities and ensure that corrective actions are effective.

-Ensure compliance with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations governing piping systems, such as ASME B31.3, API 570, and others.

Requirement:

-ITE/Poly or higher in Mechanical Engineering relevant certificate

-Knowledge of Welding Inspection (AWS or CSWIP).

-Knowledge of Auditor certification

-Experience with Base build piping fabrication or Hook-up module fabrication, welding inspections of structural and piping welding jobs including Non-Destructive testing.

-Experience in piping line walk, and reinstatement inspections by clear understanding of Isometric drawings.
