Reporting to the General Manager, the Quality & Administration Manager will be tasked during the pre-opening phase, a more administrative and project support role than quality and this focus will shift after opening. Some of the key areas of responsibilities are:

Quality Management:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular quality audits across all hotel departments, including guest rooms, F&B outlets, and public areas.
• Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with department heads to implement corrective actions and enhance overall quality standards.

Guest Experience Enhancement:

• Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify trends and areas of improvement.
