Job Requirements:

- Education level: min. Degree in Civil and/or Construction Engineering

- Able to read structural drawings well

- Keen eye for mistakes and detail oriented.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience

-Experience with managing field engineering, inspection, and NDE related to all QA/QC functions.

-Experience in project planning, execution (construction realities), management, and communication with all engineering groups.

- Good command in Microsoft office skills. (i.e. Excel, Words, Powerpoint, Outlook)

- Possess strong leadership skill that is able to self-motivate and take initiative to troubleshoot production issues.

-Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

. Co-ordinates with consultants, sub-contractor, clients and other on all M&E matters, ensuring compliance in requirements, specifications and ensure project is on schedule

· Maintaining and developing good working relationships with internal and external customers

· Attend Coordinating Meeting

· Arrangement of work accordingly to work programs

· Monitor work progress and feedback to Project Manager

· Degree/Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/Building Services

· Local experience in construction industry is preferrable

· Well versed in Building and M&E Installation

· Able to plan and handle drawings details

· Able to liaise with sub-contractors, clients & consultants

· Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Engineering from a recognized institution

· Working experience in the construction industry – HDB project would be an advantage

· Knowledge in Auto Cad , BIM , Revit is preferred
