Role Overview

As a Specialist 2 in Quality Assurance, you will support daily QA activities within a multi-product, cGxP contract manufacturing facility. This role requires a strong understanding of cGxPs and manufacturing compliance, coupled with the ability to operate independently on routine assignments.

Key Responsibilities

General QA Support:

Execute day-to-day QA activities per approved SOPs and policies.

Revise, review, and approve SOPs, protocols, reports, and records.

Make real-time decisions on floor process events, ensuring alignment with defined SOPs and policies.

Collaborate with individuals or teams to meet objectives.

Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Quality Systems:

Job Details:

• Project Under Singapore Power Grid.
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments at the workplace to identify any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or safe work processes
• Recommend reasonable measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk at the workplace
• Ensure all statutory regulations are comply with NEA’s requirements
• Prepare and submit weekly environmental report
• Enforce & improve Workplace Safety and Health / Environmental Control standard at the workplace
• Any other duties as assigned by superior(s)

Requirement:

• Must be a NEA Apporved ECO.
• Atleast 2 Yrs experience as ECO.
• Preferably with Advance diploma in Workplace safety certificate.

Job Description & Requirements (LTA Tunnelling project)

- Conduct regular inspections at site, machineries, vehicles, equipments and other potential areas to identify environmental hazards that can cause harm to public health

- Lookout for signs of pollution and identify cases of environmental damage and contamination

- Develop and implement plans to control or eradicate environmental hazards

- Execute plans to reduce noise, pests control and disease vectors.

- Lookout for compliance with environmental regulations and make recommendations to improve adherence to the guidelines and regulations

- Work with other project team members for efficient management of environmental risks in the worksite

- Strong understanding of local environmental laws and regulations in order to develop and implement environmental control measures

Requirements :

1) Possess the necessary certified environmental certificates

2) Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering or other relevant fields. Minimum qualification must be a diploma

3) Able to speak and write in English for periodic reporting and communicating with various stakeholders

4) BizSafe Level 2

5) Able to start work within 2 weeks after job offer will have an added advantage

REQUIREMENT:

1. Certified ECO from MOM and NEA requirement

2. At least 2 to 4 years with high rise Green Field experience

3. Registered ECO

JOB DUTIES:

1. Regular inspection on the construction site to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance of environment health are in proper working condition and do not pose any environmental health hazard.

2. Supervise all workers in providing safety measures and procedures in accordance with MoM Regulations.

3. Attend to all feedback on such irregularities and inform the occupier of the construction site accordingly.

4. Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills and analytical ability.

5. Any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior.

Advertise: $6500 to 7000

ECO

Requirement:

Possess minimum ECO competency certification

At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as ECO in construction industry

Candidates who possess other WSH competencies may be preferred

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Highly motivated and good team player
