Job Scope:

• Oversee all aspects of instrumentation and control (I&C) engineering within assigned projects.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless planning, scheduling, and execution of commissioning activities on-site.
• Supervise the installation of control elements and wiring, ensuring adherence to established quality standards and best practices.
• Address substandard workmanship by guiding contractors to rectify and improve installation quality for long-term operational reliability.
• Lead the testing and commissioning of chilled water control systems, conducting thorough functionality assessments and validations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records related to testing and commissioning activities.
• Ensure the timely handover of control systems to the operations team, supporting a smooth transition.
• Provide prompt responses to operational issues, maintaining consistent and reliable control system performance.
• Configure and calibrate instrumentation to ensure accurate data transmission to control systems.

Requirement:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working on industrial, commercial, or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Flexible, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication and facilitation skills for engaging with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and dedication.

The Quality Technician, Product Quality is responsible for product release of complete instrument and play key role in ensuring the released instrument is meeting quality and regulatory requirements.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, PQE and is part of the QARA team located in Singapore and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform outgoing product release (Device History Records buy-off) and inspection on instruments according to documented procedures.
• Perform part tracking for install and complaint issues. Ensure part is being received so failure analysis can be initiated.
• Support in complaint investigation activities. The job also require work with cross functional team and ensure proper investigation records is generated.

The essential requirements of the job include

• Diploma/ ITE in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in QA is required.
• Knowledge of the following QMS standards - ISO9001 QMS, ISO13485 QMS and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 is strongly

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Experience in performing product release activity for medical equipment’s.
