Key Responsibilities:

General Administrative Duties

· Carry out daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.

Data Management

· Accurately input and update information in company databases and filing systems.

· Organize, store, and retrieve documents systematically to ensure easy access for the team.

· Maintain data integrity by regularly reviewing and updating records.

Administrative Support to Teams

· Assist various departments with administrative tasks, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.

· Handle mail administration, including sorting, distributing incoming mail, and managing outgoing correspondence.

· Provide support for data entry and information compilation as requested by team members.

Ad-hoc Duties

· Perform additional tasks and support projects assigned by management to contribute to the overall efficiency of the office.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Education: Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent; a diploma in administration or related field is an advantage.

· Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data management systems.

· Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective team support.

· Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain an orderly and efficient workspace.

· Work Environment: office-based role, working 5 days a week.

Description:

o Responsible for production of construction-related drawings (2D & 3D).

o Model building elements in BIM & AutoCad

o In charge of all drawing development required by respective projects.

o Prepares detailed drawings for submission and interior fit-out works/construction.

o Prepares drawings accurately from oral instructions, rough sketches and notes, calculations, dimensions for construction or building works.

o Maintains, updates, and makes amendments to drawings as instructed.

o Analyses and interprets changes to drawings.

o Ensures the drawings comply with specifications and company standards.

o Ensure that the drawings are easily understood by the project teams.

o Ability to manages multiple projects concurrently and accurately in a timely manner through workload prioritization.

o Communicate with key personnel in the project planning on necessary details in the preparation of drawings.

o Studies drawings and other pertinent papers in preparation for fabrication drawings

o Collaborates with quantity surveyors to guarantee adherence to specification.

o Explains drawings to production or project teams and provide adjustments when required.

o Any other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

o Preferably 2-5 years of drafting experience

o Sound prior knowledge of drafting construction-related drawings

o Ability to utilize BIM, AutoCAD and related applications

o Proficient in MS Office

o Effective communication skills

o Punctual and reliable

o Able to work independently without much supervision

Responsibilities

• Consolidate accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards and Singapore law. Coordination of financial matters with Company Auditor and Corporate Secretary.
• Process and organize invoices to ensure bills are paid and received in a timely manner. Provide timely and accurate payment processing by processing accounts payable & receivable checks weekly.
• Input credit and debits to the accounting system in support of the payables work.
• Review, reconcile & compile accounts & costing reports. Experience in Full Set Accounts is a Must.
• Ensure timely of GST filing.
• AccountsReceivable – Issuing invoices, credit, and debit notes, update of the sales ledger, credit control and collection of outstanding debts
• Accounts Payable - Manage in timely manner vendor payments, issuance of cheques,and payment vouchers
• Undertake ad-hoc assignment

• Requirements

· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

· 3-5 years of experience in accounting handling full-set

· Technical knowledge of accounting regulations, policies and procedures

· Minimum 3 years of experience in construction company

· Excellence written and verbal communication skills Driven, proactive, and

mature working attitude

· Fluent in English and local language in conjunction to having excellent written and

verbal communication skills

· Proficient in Excel and Quickbook
